Energy over time
The lab's working premise — and the spec, SDK and apps that came out of it.
Most software assumes a person at full capacity, all day. It schedules by the clock, notifies at full volume and never asks how you are. People don’t work like that — and neurodivergent people feel the mismatch first and hardest.
So the lab builds the other way: the person sets their energy, the software meets them there. Interface density, notification pressure, planning scope — all of it scales with the capacity actually available.
